PCWW Alumni-Owned Brewery Visit – Saturday May 20th
PCWW Brewery Tour, Sampling and Entrepreneurship Discussion at Alumna-Owned LocalBrewery
Hosted by Dawn Perry '96, Co-Founder/Owner of Floating Bridge Brewing
Saturday May 20, 1pm
Free tour and tasting for alumni and guests.
Come join your fellow local area Princeton Alums for a tour, tasting and discussion of what it's like to run a brewery in Seattle. We'll kick things off with a short tour of the brewery and discussion of the brewing process and equipment with the head brewer/co-owner (Think of this as the main lecture). You'll get a chance to see and taste beers as they are going through thebrewing process before sitting down to a sampling of a few finished beers and discussion (yes, the precept). Dawn will share with us a bit about how they got started, starting a small business in Seattle, industry dynamics, making the jump from corporate America, etc as well as take Q&A. Afterwards, you can help support Floating Bridge by hanging around and purchasing beers from the bar.
Please RSVP to pcww1746@gmail.com so we have an expected headcount to provide to the brewery. Guests are welcome.
